Growth Track

If you’ve ever wondered what the next step is at The Roads – you’ve wanted to learn more about what The Roads believes, or how to become a member – maybe you’ve been thinking you’d like to join the Dream Team – our Growth Track classes will get you started in the right direction. There are four classes to complete, and they are held during the 2nd service at 10:45 a.m. each Sunday morning. It’s a totally relaxed setting, where you will meet some of our leaders as they share all about our Church, what it means to be a Christian, and how to serve in the house. You’ll also get to explore how God created you to serve through a spiritual gifts survey. Growth Track is the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions you may have.

STEP ONE: The Roads Church

Explore the ministry of The Roads Church and find out how to connect with our church.  Step One takes place the first Sunday of every month.

STEP TWO: Discover Your Design

Dive into the details of your personality and discover your gifts, see how your design reveals your purpose in life, and your best fit for ministry.  Step Two takes place the second Sunday of every month.

STEP THREE: Develop Your Leadership

Find out what it means to be a leader at The Roads and learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential.  Step Three takes place the third Sunday of every month.

STEP FOUR: Get Connected

In this class, you will have the opportunity to connect to the opportunities available at The Roads to live out of your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts.  Step Four takes place the fourth Sunday of every month.
